Dear Dr. Yumang,

I am writing this letter to express my passion and intent to renew my contract as a Medical Technologist
I at Subnational Blood Center – Mindanao under Davao Center for Health Development. It has been an
incredibly fulfilling experience to contribute to the team and the crucial work we do in taking good care
of our blood donors and ensuring the safety of the blood products we release.

Over the journey of my job as a Medical Technologist I at Subnational Blood Center - Mindanao, I have
had the privilege of observing and contributing to the growth and advancements within the field I was
assigned to. The opportunity to work together with a dedicated team of professionals has been very
inspiring. I have been fortunate to develop my skills and expand my knowledge in various areas of the
blood center.

During my time here, I have strived to consistently meet the expectations set forth for a Medical
Technologist I. I am committed to upholding the highest standards of being a professional not just in the
area I am assigned to but also to all sections of the Subnational Blood Center.

Thank you for considering my renewal and for the support and opportunities you have provided me
during my time at Subnational Blood Center - Mindanao. I am looking forward to the possibility of
continuing to be a part of this amazing team.
