NOTE :-
1) OPERATION OF THE CRASH BARRIER SHOULD BE THROUGH PUSH BUTTON IN NORMAL USE.
2) CRASH BARRIER OPERATION SHOULD BE CLEARLY VISIBLE FROM OPERATOR/SECURITY CABIN.
3) CUSTOMER/CLIENT HAS TO SUPPLY AND RUN CONDUIT FOR THE CONNECTION BETWEEN BARRIER MECHANISM BODY TO
ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL AND FROM ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL TO SECURITY CABIN FOR OPERATION SWITCH. FROM
THIS CONDUIT BGI WILL LAY THE CABLES OF SAFETY SENSORS AND PUSH BUTTON SWITCH.
4) CUSTOMER HAS TO ARRANGE POWER SUPPLY CABLE WITH 3-PHASE + NEUTRAL AND PROPER EARTHING , 415V, 50 Hz POWER
SUPPLY FOR ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL INCLUDING PDB, MCB,RCCB, ETC.
5) CUSTOMER HAS TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL THE CABLE TRAY AND ELECTRICAL CONDUIT FOR CABLE DRESSING, IF REQUIRE.
6) ALL CIVIL AND ELECTRICAL WORK IS IN CLIENT SCOPE. THE TOP LEVEL OF CONNECTING CHAMBERS IS AROUND 150-200 MM
ABOVE FROM ROAD LEVEL.
7) LOCATION OF THE CRASH BARRIER HAS TO FINALIZE BY CLIENT ONLY.
