Job Description:

1. Risk Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential borrowers using a combination


of financial data, industry insights, and economic conditions.
2. Credit Policies: Assist in the development and fine-tuning of the company's credit policies
and guidelines to ensure risk is managed effectively.
3. Data Analysis: Collect, manage, and analyse customer data to identify patterns, trends, and
potential risks.
4. Loan Review: Regularly review active loans and credit lines to identify signs of distress and
ensure compliance with terms.
5. Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing the risk profile of the company's loan portfolio
and provide actionable insights to management.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all credit and lending processes meet regulatory standards
and guidelines.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, particularly sales and finance, to
exchange pertinent data and insights.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best
practices in credit risk management.
9. Model Development: Assist in the creation, validation, or updating of risk prediction models.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software [e.g., SQL, R, Python, Excel, etc.].
2. Deep understanding of credit and financial principles.
3. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
5. Experience with credit modelling and prediction algorithms.
6. You can adjust the details based on your company's specific needs, requirements, and
industry nuances.
