Subject:- Notice for non-availability of DC power uptime at IP site Barwa.

This is to inform you that you have provided infrastructure to Barwa site in Rohtak SSA.
But we regret to say that due to owner issue, site is down since 11-04-2017. Despite vigorous
pursuance with your cluster in charge, owner issue is not getting resolved and site is
continuous down for last 10 days. So you have failed to maintain site availability>99%in
violation to clause 1.0 as per MSA (Scope of work).

You can make out how we can sustain in this competitive market with this type of
service. Previously it is also informed to your engineer during sign off to take urgent step to
come out of this situation but nothing constructive has been done so far from your end.

So in this present situation, this communication may be treated as notice from our side
to vacate the site and we are forced to look for another vendor for shifting of Barwa BTS.
Hence you are requested to please look in the matter urgently and take some emergent
action to resolve the owner issue.

This has got the approval of GMTD Rohtak.
