1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 MK INNOVATIVE VENTURES is a vending machine company which focus
at high end and latest vending machine. Vending machine is the new
way to do business. Currently we are focusing in sourvenier product to
be sold in high traffic area.

2.0 OBJECTIVE

2.1 Our objective focusing is to sell sourvenir such as keychain,fridge

magnet and other accesories promoting Malaysia and Putrajaya
especially for tourist and visitor in Masjid Putra.

2.2 Beside from that, we are providing facility so that they can easily enjoy
the product without hastle from the need to go out to the shop.

2.3 Our product are starting from RM5.00 and above. The user can use
syilling and note to choose the desired product.

4.0 MAINTANENCE SCHEDULE

4.1 We will provide regular check and service for the vending machine.
4.2 We will provide representative so that user can give a feedback and
complaint.
4.3 Customer refund – All are equipped with online monitoring system to
ensure customer refund can be done on the spot. Any product which
are found does not satisfy customer ASR will replace or refund with the
same product or same amount of money.
4.4 ASR machine are able to control remotely via admin to ensure the
product refund can be done at anytime. This is to ensure customer
satisfaction.

7.0 CLOSING

7.1 Vending Machine services is to provide user 24 hours access to its

product. It a to enhance management image in providing facility to its
tenant and customer.

7.2 The vending machine is provided with GPRS monitoring system. It can
monitor sales and product. It can also store up to 600 product at one
time.

7.3 With vending machine we can introduce new SME product which are
not easily and readily available in supermarket and store.

7.4 It also a new way to help young entreprenuers in doing business

especially in these challeging time.
 LETTER OF AGREEMENT

1. We will be responsible for stock up of the machine and maintenance of the machine.
The machine shall be in good condition to provide its function to customer.

2. Any damages and stolen item we will not ask for compensation from building
management. However, we would like to request good monitoring from your side as
such to provide complaint if needed.

3. The agreed term would be YEARS from the date of ____________________ to

____________. We would place the vending machine once this letter of agreement is
sign by both parties.

4. We would like to request the space of 2m x 2m to provide the machine with nearby
power supply of 240VAC.

5. Agreed rental is RM per month per machine
