 Handling tool room activities to avoid delay for advance availability of dies for production.
 Responsible for improvements in die setting time by using SMED& Kaizens practices.
  .Working as a Tool room incharge to handle tool room activities & assigned manpower as per
plan.
 Responsible for monitoring Press operations & die assembly & setting methods & reduce
cycle time using SMED & other improvements using Kaizens, trainings.
 Responsible for achieving production targets as defined & improve OEE as best maximum.
 Responsible for plan & implement cost saving opportunities.
 Planning effective manpower deployment & works Scheduling of qualified workforce;
 Monitor product quality parameters to avoid defect free product manufacturing

 Professional Qualification – Diploma –Mechanical (Production), 2012
