members can be selected.

The Selection Committee consist of

1. The Chief Justice of India.


2. Senior Judge of the supreme Court.
3. Secretary in the ministry of corporate affairs.
4. Secretary in the ministry of law.
5. Secretary in the department of Financial Service.
6.
Members are selected from 50 years

Salary and terms & Conditions of the service have to described under the rules.
After appointment, the appointed person as per their opinion.
In case the chair person or the president cannot function due to inability then the senior
most member will act until the new appointment of chairperson or president.

If a chairperson or president resigns his position then they have to submit the resignation to
the CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. And until 3 months they have to serve or until the appointment
of the new person
Appeal can be made to the NCLAT Within 45 days from the date of copy of order is made
available to that aggrieved person.
Within 60 days from the date of order of NCLAT the aggrieved person can appeal to the
supreme court
