Notice: Admission in Class XI (2024-25) for JVM Students and Wards of

MECON/SAIL Units at Ranchi/ JVM/ Commercial Audit.

Dear Students/ Parents

This is to inform you that the process of registration for provisional admission in Std - XI
(Session 2024-25) for JVM Students and Wards of MECON/ SAIL Units at Ranchi/ JVM/
Commercial Audit will commence on 12.03.2024. The last date for filling of choice of
stream and subject combination is 16.03.2024. You all are requested to read The
instructions carefully while filling up the choice.

The students of JVM are required to enter their school registration no. and date of
birth to complete the provisional admission registration procedure.

The admission will be done by online mode only and link for the same has been provided
on the school website www.jvmshyamali.com under Admission in Class XI (2024-25)
for JVM Students & Wards of MECON/ SAIL/ JVM etc.

The wards of MECON/ SAIL/ JVM/ Comm. Audit who are not the student of JVM
Shyamali must send their mock test result and employer certificate by 17.03.2024
mentioning their token no. on email id : jvmonlineadmission@gmail.com.

The cutoff criteria for allotment of stream along with the refund rules are given on
the admission registration portal. The students and parents are requested to read
the same carefully.

Annexure - 1

Steps involved during the admission process

Step 1 : Click on the link Admission in Class XI (2024-25) for JVM Students & Wards of
MECON/ SAIL/ JVM etc. given on school website www.jvmshyamali.com

Step 2 : Select the option in 1 & 2 then click on Proceed with registration. You will get
the confirmation mail with token no. after submission.

Step 3 : School will send you the mail after allotting the stream and subject combination
based on your pre-board examination for provisional admission. The mail will
have the login details.

Step 4 : The amount to be paid towards provisional admission will be mentioned in the
mail. After getting mail from school please open the link and then click on
Proceed to complete provisional admission. Here you will be directed to
complete the payment.

If you want to make payment through online mode please click on Pay Fee
online and follow the instructions of payment gateway.

If you are paying using RTGS/ NEFT/ IMPS or transferring the payment in bank
account no. as mentioned in the mail, then you will have to click on Enter RTGS
details and submit the payment details as mentioned.

Step 5 : After completing the above steps the payment reconciliation will be done within
48 hours (excluding holidays) then you can download your Provisional
Admission cum acknowledgement slip.
