Aim: To protect Army soldiers from landmines

Introduction
Today, the army people suffer through bomb attack. Sometimes the bomb is
planted under the ground for a blast. It’s called landmines. Usually, the body of a
landmine is made up of metal to help it survive the extreme condition.
The bomb senser shoes will have a metal detector that will detect if there is
landmine under the ground or not. We should help them by giving them
something that will save their lives just like bomb senser shoes

Problem of landmines
A land mine is an explosive device concealed under or on the ground and
designed to destroy or disable enemy targets, ranging from combatants to
vehicles and tanks, as they pass over or near it. Such a device is typically
detonated automatically by way of pressure when a target steps on it or drives
over it.

The use of land mines is controversial because of their potential as indiscriminate

weapons. They can remain dangerous many years after a conflict has ended,
harming civilians and the economy. Seventy-eight countries are contaminated
with land mines and 15,000–20,000 people are killed every year while many more
are injured. Approximately 80% of land mine casualties are civilians, with children
as the most affected age group. Most killings occur in times of peace.

Methodology

A metal detector device is fixed in the shoal or the surface of the shoes in such a
way that it can sense for landmines and give us some sign that can help in
extreme conditions. The shoes detector device detect landmine from 1 to 10 cm
above of land surface. So, it can help us to self-protect our Army soldiers.
