DOCUMENTATIONS OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS (as of May 30, 2024)

The front-left view of the building as seen from the road on the upper level. Final paint finishes, exterior
tileworks, and accent walls shall soon be accomplished to give the structure an elegant look.

The rear-right view of the building as seen from the road on the lower level. Final paint finishes, exterior
tileworks, and accent walls shall soon be accomplished to give the structure an elegant look.
The front-right view of the building as seen from the road on the upper level. Final paint finishes,
exterior tileworks, and accent walls shall soon be accomplished to give the structure an elegant look.

The rear-left view of the building as seen from the road on the lower level. Final paint finishes, exterior
tileworks, and accent walls shall soon be accomplished to give the structure an elegant look.
The interior upper level hallway as seen from the kitchen area. Wood design tiles are laid to the
direction of the hallway following a unique sequence of pattern.

The upper level dining area as seen from the hallway beside the kitchen. Glass doors and windows are
already installed, as well as the wood design tiles, and the PVC ceiling. Stair and balcony railings comes
with an abstract unique design that directs viewers into seeing every corner of the building.
The upper level balcony offers a great view of the entire municipality of Bambang. The balcony comes
with the unique style of metalworks for its railings and the unique pattern of the wood design tiles.

The upper level kitchen area as seen from the dining area. Metalwork designs are incorporated within
the kitchen area and every parts are already nearing its completion with the installation of granite tiles
and panels that would give the kitchen an elegant look.
The upper level Bedroom 3 and 4 are already nearing its completion with the wooden tiles already
installed in the area, as well as the large glass windows that offers a great view of the place. Finishing
touches shall soon follow.

The Master’s Bedroom 4 is also nearing its completion with the wooden tiles already installed in the
area, as well as the large glass windows that offers the best view of the place. Finishing touches shall
soon follow. Metalworks are also installed to give the area a unique design.
The main stair that leads the upper level to the lower level shall soon be covered with wooden steps to
pair the design with the upper and lower level wood tiles design. Upon accessing the stairs below, the
lower level kitchen and living room can be seen finished with the wood tile works and accessible sliding
glass door to the veranda.

The veranda is just adjacent to the kitchen and living room within the lower level accessible through
the sliding glass door. The veranda is laid with rustic tiles that gives the area a different look from the
inside. Metal works design are also incorporated on the railings.
The lower level carport is accessible through the veranda by stairs. The same metalwork design is
incorporated. With the structure nearing its completion, the metalwork design should be then having
an elegant clean abstract look.

The upper level carport and canopies are also ready for completion, with the set of roofing and
transparent sheets to be installed. The ground is already being prepared for tileworks and landscape.
The lower level carport is seen below the stairs that leads to the veranda above. Another stairs is
accessible infront which leads to the service area at the lower level. These areas should soon be
finished with the installation of tiles, paintings, and metal works.

The service area at the upper level is also being completed with the installation of rustic tiles and the
access stairs. Soon, the accent wall is also to be completed to give the exterior of the building an elegant
look that pairs with the color hues of the building.
