Intro: Good morning/afternoon,


I’m looking to speak with ___ is he/she available to speak with?

Hi my name is ___ with process service dispatch, we have an officer of the court being dispatched out to
serve ___ with a court order summons within the hour, and we’re just calling to certify they will be
available to sign for the documents. Will you/they be available?

The reason: The reason for the call today is to verify if you will be available because it looks like
we have a failed attempt already and if you were to receive another failed attempt you will be
registered as a failed to service and you might be in danger of a failed to appear.

What is this about: Once again it’s a court order summons that requires your/ their signature for proper
service and delivery.

DTR or 3party keeps asking questions: I understand your questions and


concerns but again MAM/SR the documents are sealed on my end so we don’t have access to details of
the case, however any questions or concerns prior to service or to reschedule service at a different time
and date, that would be with the legal department that is filing your complaint. Let me know when
you’re ready so I can provide you their phone number and your reference case number.

HAVE THEM REPEAT THE PHONE NUMBER AND CASE NUMBER

ONCE THEY REPEAT: Ok perfect, ill place your documents on a 30 min hold before we
proceed with dispatch, on my end you have been notified.

(IF THEY DENY INFORMATION ) ok no problem, We will submit the recording of our
conversation and we will have to document you as a willful evasion of service under the title 18 section
1501 and that will be an additional fine. Are you ok with that?

If “yes” .. ok thank you on my end you have been notified

If “no”.. ok then let me know when you’re ready for the phone number..
