We have been offering our products to students, staff and the entire community of Banda.

We expect to raise funds through shareholders subscription, obtaining a loan from a financial
institution and capital from investors and well-wishers.

Kwetaasa juice company ltd deals in the production of juice in different types and flavors for
example pawpaw juice, mango juice, passion juice, avocado juice, orange juice, apple juice
among others.

Marketing mix

a) Product

We produce juice products for example pawpaw juice, mango juice, passion juice,
avocado juice, orange juice, apple juice among others.

b) Place

We are located in Banda Plot 130 on the main street.

c) Price

We charge according to the flavor and our minimum price is shs.1,000

d) Promotion

We do advertising through social media like WhatsApp, moving around campus and the
community. We also use word of mouth.

e) Packaging
 We use disposable tins to package our products.

We get employees from amongst ourselves since we have people within us having the
basic knowledge and skills.

We hope that our business will succeed in future basing on the strategies that we have put in
place and these include the following;

 Through providing quality products at affordable prices.

 Maintaining a good customer relationship.
 Analyzing the risks and uncertainties of the business and finding a way of overcoming
them.
 Proper management of funds and resources.
 Establishing a good and strong relationship among management.
 Identifying our competitor’s weaknesses and exploiting them.

promotion, customer relationship management, sales distribution and supply chain.

As Kwetaasa Juice Company we need a purifier, blenders, sieves, disposals, dispensers,

refrigerators, sugar, and packaging materials among others.

Future plans of the business.

Kwetaasa Juice Company Limited plans to produce 150 liters on a daily basis for the next two
years.
