Court Hearing in the Hamblin Case

The Latest Skirmish in Manti

Today at 1 p.m. MST in Judge Mandy Larsen’s courtroom in Manti, the attorneys in
the criminal case against David Lee Hamblin will square off over the issue of
discovery and who can prosecute the case.

While Judge Griffin in American Fork has disqualified the Utah County Attorneys
Office from prosecuting the Hamblin case in the wake of Juab County Attorney Ryan
Peters’ ascent to a juvenile court judgeship, his ruling does not yet apply to the case in
Manti. Today, we’ll find out if Judge Larsen will defer to Judge Griffin yet again with
regards to his ruling on the UCAO’s ability to prosecute the case involving Tobias
Schroeder, the individual who was allegedly molested by David Lee Hamblin during
therapy sessions in Spring City.

Anyone reading this who logs into Webex with the name Tubby Tanker is going to be a
hero. Other preferred names are Peacemaker, Conspirator, Punisher, Tabitha, Joe the
Potter, Tom Green, James Dee Harmston, Randall Lake, etceteras.

One of the more classic moments of this experience is logging into Webex and seeing LDS
Church of Satan already present and waiting, along with "Gordon." I see my influence is
spreading.
