Declaration for School Transport
1) I undertake to pay the bus fee in accordance with the rules in force from time to time.

2) I understand that the school transport facility is·only on the specified/ approved route
only but offers no guarantee for the same to all. It wilt be responsibility of the
parent/ guardian to drop/ collect the child from the specified bus stop/ school.

3) I accept that the.bu$ facility is extended to my ward at our own risk and responsibility.

4) I understand that one month advance notice in writing must be given to the school
office to withdraw the facility.

5) I understand that I cannot withdraw or avail refund from the bus facility with effect
from May to July or from October to March except in case of change in residential
address.
