Background: The said car belongs to Mr. Luke Odoemena who abandoned the car
for several years in the premises of Winter Suit Hotels and is now desirous to carry
it back and winter suit hotel is willing to release the said car to the owner on
identification and production of witness affirming his ownership of the said car.
Haven perused the letter of ownership sent by the said Mr. Luke Odoemena
containing list and particulars of witness, winter suit have released the said car to
the owner Mr. Luke Odoemena in the presence of the following persons as witness
