Subject: Request to conduct Pre-Shipment Inspection and Nomination to visit for

witnessing of HITACHI Energy Telecom manufacturing process and tests at
manufacturer’s factory/warehouse in Switzerland against Contract no:
27.29.0000.107.07.001.23-145; Dated: 08.10.2023 under Master L/C no: 0263239900025,
Dated: 03.12.2023

Dear Sir,

We express our sincere gratitude for your continuous support and prudent leadership in
executing the Project works.

With reference to the abovementioned Contract and following to the requirements and guidance
listed in GCC and PCC Clause 38.2 [Test & Inspection], we are pleased to inform you that our
manufacturer HITACHI Energy will be ready to conduct the pre-shipment inspection of their
equipment at their Factory/Warehouse in Switzerland.

Furthermore, we request you to provide us the names of the inspection groups (3 Persons)
including designation, passport number and other necessary information who will participate in
the pre-shipment inspection as mentioned above. Kindly note, upon getting the information of
names of the inspection groups, we will share the information to the designated manufacturers
Hitachi Energy for issuing the invitation letter.

We are seeking your kind cooperation in this regard considering the rigid project schedule and
global changes.
