AFTER making sure all lengths are correct, fold the 15cm* wire stub beyond
the knot into a small loop, secure with a wire tie, and slid the insulator
Towards the end of the wire element, against the knot.
*15cm is only for 20m; all other bands have 10cm of wire for the loop.
