ﻭﺇﻥ ﻟﻨﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﻬﺎﺋﻢ
ﺃﺟﺮ". ﻋﻠّﻞ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺗﻘﺪﱡﻡ ﺍﻟﺨﺒﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟ ُﻤﺒﺘﺪﺃ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺒﺎﺭﺓ "ﻓﻲ ﻛ ِّﻞ ﺫﺍ ِ
ﺕ ﻛﺒ ٍﺪ ﺭﻁﺒ ٍﺔ ٌ * ِ

(2ﻣﻨﻊ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺎﺱ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻌﺬﻳﺐ ﺃﻭ ﺿﺮﺏ ﺍﻟﺪﱠﻭﺍﺏ ﺃﺛﻨﺎء ﺍﻟﺴﱠﻴﺮ ﻭﻣﻌﺎﻗﺒﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ.

ﺃ( ﺃﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﺪﱠﺭﺩﺍء :ﻁﻠﺐ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻌﻴﺮﻩ ﺃﻻ ﻳﺨﺎﺻﻤﻪ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻣﺔ ﻋﻨﺪ ﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻟﻢ ﻳُﺜﻘﻞ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ

ﻭﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮﻫﻦ ﺟﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﻟﻪ ﻳﻔﺖ ﺍﻟﺨﺒﺰ ﻟﻠﻨﱠﻤﻞ
ﻋﺪﻱ ﺑﻦ ﺣﺎﺗﻢ :ﻛﺎﻥ ﱡ
ﺃﺑﻲ ﺍﺳﺤﻖ :ﻧﻬﺎ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻋﻦ ﻁﺮﺩ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﺐ ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻖ ﻟﻪ ﻭﻟﻨﺎ

ﺏ( ﺗﺪﻝ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﻗﻒ ﺍﻟﺜﱠﻼﺛﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ِ ّ

ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺋﺮ ﺍﻟﻘﺘﻴﻞ ﻳﺼﻴﺢ ﺑﺄﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻮﺗﻪ ﻁﺎﻟﺒًﺎ ﻣﻦ ﷲ ﺇﻧﺼﺎﻓﻪ ﻣ ﱠﻤﻦ ﻗﺘﻠﻪ ﻅﻠ ًﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﻌﺔ.
