1 Introduction

This document describes how to revise a copy of the Operation and Maintenance
Documentation. It is of the utmost importance that a revision delivered by Siemens
Industrial Turbomachinery AB (SIT) is revised according to the instructions given in this
document.

Warning! Negligence to revise can in worst cases lead to personal danger.

1.1 How to revise

When a revision is delivered from SIT it will have an instruction enclosed, that tells how
to revise the documentation due to the following actions.

Finally, always fill in the table “Record of revisions” chapter 3 and also save the revisions
notice with the list of revised documents under this tab.
