Policy on Prevention of
Sexual Harassment (POSH)
• As a Company, we are committed to conduct and govern ourselves with ethics,
transparency and accountability and to this, we have developed governance
structures, practices and procedures that ensure that ethical conduct at all levels is
promoted across our value chain.
• We strive to guarantee a safe and welcoming environment to all associates, those who
visit any of our locations in any capacity, such as customers, vendors etc.
Discrimination and harassment of any type is strictly prohibited. We wish to promote
and maintain this culture to ensure that associates of the Company do not engage in
practices that are abusive in any form or manner whatsoever.
• The Company aims to provide a safe working environment and prohibits any form of
sexual harassment. Hence any act of sexual harassment or related retaliation against
or by any associate is unacceptable.
• Redressal committee: The Company will have a centralized redressal committee with
a representation across Tech Mahindra locations, to specifically address any
complaints of sexual harassment.

Performance Management – Key Drivers

Process KPI's: Define the Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) along with metrics. Performance linked incentive in line
with agreed metrics with customer

Defined KRA's: Project metric requirement like production, accuracy, TAT, critical errors, etc. are defined on
the initiation of the project

Rewards and Recognition System: Through stack rankings, we award top performers through incentives,
pat on the backs and other awards. Awards and rewards on periodic basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly,
annually)

Bottom Quartile Management: Through stack rankings we identify the Operators who do not meet the
required KPI's. Further improvement plan is executed as per the BQ management Policy

Goal Setting: Employee sets goals, aligned with “Customer”, “Finance”, “People” and “Process”

Review and Feedback: Periodic performance feedback (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual),
