Action Plan for a Sustainable World (Group Project)

1. Total marks: 10 marks


2. Design a Google Slide including pictures, info from credible sources, and
references
3. Time for each presenter: 3-4 minutes
4. Time for each group: 15-20 minutes
5. Presenters should be prepared for a question-answer session.
6. Find a suitable title for your project along with a catchy slogan
7. Attach the before and after pictures in your presentation.
8. No changes will be allowed in the presentation schedule.

The 5-part content you will present as a group:

1: Introduction to your project

Discuss the SDG you selected. Explain why you selected it. Discuss why it is important
to achieve it.

On the slides, write the title of your project, a catchy slogan, and relevant info on your
SDG in bullet points.

2: Obstacles and current initiatives

Identify obstacles that prevent us from achieving your chosen goal (with evidence from
local/global newspapers). Mention what solutions have already been adopted
nationwide by the government or other organisations.

Add relevant pictures and bullet points on the slides.

3: Two new actions and their Targets and Indicators

Propose at least two tasks/actions that you/your group, as responsible citizens/students,


can do to help achieve this goal. Connect your tasks with specific targets and
indicators.

4: Challenges and resources:
Explain two challenges you HAVE FACED OR MAY face while carrying out these tasks
and some resources you need to solve those challenges. Show us the before and after
pictures.

5: Impact of your Actions


Explain the impact your actions will have in your country or worldwide in the long run.

Add before and after pictures on slides, and explain the positive impact. You can add
information from any country where this SDG has been achieved. Explain the impact of
that positive work in people's lives, which could also happen in your country.
