We are thrilled to invite you to explore an exciting
partnership opportunity with Evolve, a multi-sport facility
for cricket and football. It is a sports academy hosting
coaching classes in cricket, football, karate and Silambam.

It also features a nutrition center where the customers of the facility

and outside can access its services.

Current operations
Slot bookings: 5s football, box cricket and cricket nets are
available for renting on a hourly basis

Coaching classes: Coaching is offered for Cricket, football,

karate and Silambam.

Renting: The turfs are also rented for other purposes such as
fitness activities, tournaments and events related to art, self-
development and wellness.
 Facilities

Football field: 60 x 90 ft (5400sqft) Fifa approved

grass turf, perfect for a 5’s tournament.

Cricket field: 100 x 40 ft (4000 sqft) Astroturf, Specifically

designed for cricket and similar multipurpose usage.

Gallery: 36 x 8 ft of viewing space close to the football field.

Wellness centre: a space dedicated for wellness, through nutrition. Presently a

Herbalife nutrition centre.

Restroom: 1x male and 1 x female restroom with a changing room.

Outdoor Ice bath area: (Under restoration)

Co- creation partnership :

Team up with the company by choosing an activity that
you think you are good at and provide services to people
through it. The class/ activity/ workshop will be taken by the
partner and facility will be provided by the company. The partner
must have the required skills, knowledge and the want to take it to the next
level. In addition if the partners needs help with human resources, systems or
marketing, it will be provided by the company itself. The income generated
will be split equally between the company and the partners until the basic
cost of the facility is generated in the income, post which the remaining will
go to the partner.
Partnership terms

For example:
A partner is interested in taking Yoga/ boot-camp
classes using the cricket facility. Let us assume that the
base rent for cricket facility for 5 days per week for a month
is 15,000 rupees. Until the income generated is 30,000 rupees,
the income will be split equally. Post achieving the base rent and
expenses, the facility will sustain on therent and the rest of the income
goes to the partner.
Partnership terms

Semi- active partnership :

Take an aspect of business and develop on it for a few

months according to one’s experience. It will be a short
term project post which the partners will be involved
with the monthly accounting and anything related to finance.
There will be complete transparency with all the decisions made in the company.
If the partner has a venture they think will workout, they can choose to head it and
try it out.
