Here is a brief description about the functioning of Hello Learner and the role of an educator

We have a portal for online learning called Hello Learner where we take English learning programs that
focus on creative writing, public speaking, vocabulary enhancement etc. for ages 5-15 years.

We take 1 : 1/ group sessions with our students, each session is for an hour.

Once you are onboard with us you start with taking demo sessions with kids and their parents, on the
basis of which parents decide whether or not to enroll their children for our course. Once a child enrolls
for the course, that child will be your student till the course ends.

You need to complete 120 hours in a month, so either you work for 5 hours in a day for 6 days a week or
4 hours in a day for all 7 days of the week.
You are free to take more sessions as well.

You have the flexibility to choose your slots.

Your sessions may not necessarily be back to back.

-Day shift timings - 2 pm to 11 pm (IST) (weekdays), 7 am - 11 pm (weekends)

-Night shift timings - 2 am to 7 am (IST)

All content to be taught is provided by us. All session bookings are done by the team.

Demo conversion - After a demo session if the child enrols for the course it means the demo is
converted so on every conversion there's a one-time incentive given.

FYI - We are not considering educators associated with other online teaching portals.
