1. A coordination meeting of BHOLA SAMITY, DHAKA was held at the Bhola Samity Dhaka
Head Office on 13 June 2024. For the Marketing of the company services, a food for 20 people
was arranged expending BDT 6,200.00/- (BDT Six Thousand and Two Hundred Only) which is
needed to be paid immediately. A copy of the bill is attached to this Note Sheet.

2. The above mentioned money may be paid from the Company Account please..
