Statement of the problem ● Creating a fitness app to overcome common hurdles like lack of
motivation and progress tracking, this app better helps its users to offer
personalized workout plans, real-time progress updates, and motivation
features to further address their fitness needs and thus promoting a long-
term commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
Necessity for the project ● A fitness application serves as a digital companion on your journey to a
healthier lifestyle, it’s like having a personal trainer, motivator and a
nutritionist in your pocket, one of the key aspects of its relevance lies in
addressing the modern challenges of sedentary lifestyles and health
issues.
