Levels of youth crimes are increasing rapidly in most cities around the world.

What are the reasons and solutions for this?

The number of young offenders is on the rise, recently at a quick rate in many urban areas
worldwide. This essay will detail the causes leading to this trend as well as noteworthy the
measures to address it.

From my perspective, the alarmingly high level of juvenile delinquency can be attributed to
several drivers. Firstly, almost every parent's living in the cities is busy with their daily job
obligations, leaving them little to no spare time for their offspring. The young therefore have
freedom to participate in activities that they adore, without any fear of their supervisors.
Secondly, every youngster undergoing puberty phase tends to be curious and
impressionable, leaving them vulnerable to the potential impulses of drug usage or other
illegal substances. This is a fundamental stage of one's becoming a young inmate in the
near future.

Therefore, a number of proactive solutions ought to be taken in order to harness this rising
propensity. On a parental level, I believe that thorough caring and early interventions are
beneficial for children, since symptoms of antisocial behaviors can be identified with ease
and thereby focusing on alleviating them. In the government's term, I propose that the
authorities take an active role in helping the youngsters tackle their drug abuse. For
example, they can impose steeper fines or sentences to any cases of drug trafficking, along
with rehabilitation programs to assist them in reintegrating into society.

In conclusion, increasing cases of unlawful acts among the young generation is a serious
phenomenon recently, which results from parental neglect or an ability to resist harmful
temptations. Hence, there demands multifaceted approaches to mitigate the problem.
