TOPIC: When choosing a job, the salary is the most important

consideration. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In recent years, it is believed that the salary is the most important

consideration when choosing a job. From my point of view, i agree with
the former idea. Discussed below are several reasons supporting my
perspective.

On the one hand, i agree that with high pay job people can meet their basic
needs such as education, health care, food and housing.It means that when they
have stable economic conditions, people will have a better life. Individuals can
eat what they like, buy what they want, live in an state-of-art house and
improve their life.Furthermore, when people do a job that can earn a lot of
money, it will give they the motivation to work more productively and harder
to earn more. Additionally, people can also help their family financially and
raise their family.If people choose the job base on enjoyment , they may will
face to many difficult. For example, artists and musicians they choose this job
because they love it but that does not always provide them enough money to
live comfortable .

On the other hand, i also think that other considerations are important. Firstly,
workplace environment and personal relationships are also virtual factors when
you choosing a career. If you have a good manager and good colleagues, you
will have a happy time working without being oppressed. Secondly,They
choose a job according to their abilities. If they have special achievements in
that field, they will choose a career related to that ability. From there, they will
be confident in their abilities. Even though they may not earn much money,they
can show off their abilities.Finally, some people choose the career because they
want to have others and contribute something positive to society

In conclusion, there are many factors to finding a job, so I think people should
consider carefully before choosing a career.
