Day 00 : Delhi - Manali (582 Kms/12-14 hrs.)
Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching in Delhi go to Volvo Bus Station, (on your own ) at B/w 5:00 – 11:00 PM.
At Depart from Delhi to Manali. Travel by overnight Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali (11– 12 Hours).

Day 01 : Arrival In Manali & Local Sightseeing Tour (4-5Hrs)
Reach Manali at 06 - 09 am, Meet our representative(Cab Driver) at Manali Volvo Stand and transfer to the hotel.
After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manaliwhich includes-
1. Hadimba Devi Temple :- It chief central of interest in Manali , dedicated to the goddess Hadimba , the
Wife of Bheema of Mahabharata Fame, This is wooden temple, In the dense forest of magnificent deodar, is about
2.5 Kms from the Mall. It is a pleasant stroll to the temple which was built in 1553 A.D.
2. Vashisht(4 kms from Mall) :- Hot Sulphur Water springs – which is widely believed as an effective
skin diseases healer and posses various medical properties . Nearby it , is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to
vashisht Muni & lord Rama temple.
3. Tibetan-Monastery (0.5 Kms) :- This GadhanThekchoking Gompa dominates the Tibetan area builtin
1969. The main attraction of the monastery is the handicrafts of Tibetan artistry and the carpets that are woven and
sold in the monastery
4. Club House (2 Kms from Mall) :- Club house is famous for a amusement activities like skating, Disco
Theque, auditorium etc..Later in the evening free to explore the Shopping Malls (Mall Road & IBEX
Market)of Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Hotel.
Day 02 : Manali (Full day Trip to Solang Valley / )
Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Solang, Him Valley and Nehru
Kund. Solang Valley is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow covered Himalayas,
serene natural surroundings, pristine lake and fairy white snow round the year. In Solang Valley you can enjoy
Adventure activities also i.e. PARAGLIDING, ZORBING, ROPE WAY and SKIING at own cost. Overnight stay at Manali.
Day 5:Excursion to Kullu Naggar Castle till Afternoon & droping to Volvo station manali
In the wake of the morning breakfast, you will start with the excursion tour to Kullu& even get to pay a visit to the
Naggar Castle having a lot awaiting you. (Luggage can be kept at reception or bell desk. Afternoon enjoys at leisure
or can take stroll down the mall in Manali and enjoy shopping antiques, shawls and handicrafts. Evening catch the
volvo from Manali at 4.00 PM to proceed Delhi. Overnight Journey.
Day 00 : Arrival at Delhi - Tour Ends
Arrival at Delhi, the glorious tour to the heavenly Manali comes to an end. In this way your visit to one of the paradise

In case the guest fails to complete the payment criterion mentioned above then Highland Monk Travels holds the power to cancel Hotel and
Taxi bookings for the entire trip.
All Disputes are subjected to Shimla Court Jurisdiction only.

Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
In Himachal, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of
location,
Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
No discount will be provided after confirmation.
NGT RULES & REGULATIONS:
National Green Tribunal (NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions for every traveler visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:
The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1000 per day, out of which only 600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed.
Due to this restriction customers might have to wait in standby slot.
Environmental Compensation charges of INR 1000 /- for petrol vehicles, INR 2500 /- for diesel vehicles and INR 5000 /- for six seaters (or above) will be charged.
This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired amount on the way to Rohtang Pass
Visit to Rohtang Pass can be on individual/sharing / by Deluxe Bus Sub to Availability.

HOW TO BOOK PACKAGE???

For booking confirmation, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
40 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost, if and only if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
But please keep in mind that rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of the tour.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like a confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact

PREPONE AND POSTPONE
If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However, after the first time, additional charges will be levied.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your
journey)
We do not accept any change in the plan within 15 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes,the package can be
postponed which will intimate to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been
provided.
