Installation of CCTV, IP Phone and Data

The complete scope of CCTV, IP Phone and Data Installation Activities at Hasanuddin
University Hospital, 3rd floor is as follows:
 Mobilize all labor, materials and equipment needed and used as well as all things related to
the work in accordance with the work plan.
 Carry out commissioning tests for all installations in accordance with the work plan and
manufacturer's provisions or other standards.
 The location of CCTV cameras, IP Phones and Data is adjusted to the work drawings or
work plan with work stages:
A. Installation and Configuration of CCTV IP Camera Devices:
1. Withdrawal and installation of UTP Cat 6 cabling
2. IP Camera Installation
3. Setup & programming IP Camera Device
4. Calibrate the degree angle of the IP Camera
5. Power supply panels and accessories and their installation
6. Test and Testing
7. User training.
8. Warranty for devices and system configuration for 1 year.

B. IP Phone Device Installation and Configuration:

1. Withdrawal and installation of UTP Cat 6 cabling
2. IP Phone Installation
3. Setup & programming IP Phone Device
4. Power supply panels and accessories and their installation
5. Test and Testing
6. User training.
7. Warranty for devices and system configuration for 1 year.
C. Data Device Installation and Configuration:
1. Withdrawal and installation of UTP Cat 6 cabling
