Keywords Lexicon - PrepKare
There are keywords that are powerful enough to demonstrate the cause which you have
worked upon and therefore must be handy while you are going for an interview or you
are preparing your resume.
The software such as ATS does the initial shortlisting where they are fed with a
lexicon of keywords to search for in a resume and if that matches with that of the
resume fed into the system then you are qualified for the next round otherwise you
are just one of those 249 who got rejected.
So even if you have 10 years of relevant experience, you will not get a shortlist till
the time your resume lacks necessary keywords.
