As per your telephonic interview with our H.R. Manager, we are herewith pleased to inform you that the management has
decided to offer you a position of Area Sales Manager for the 04 location districts of Bihar state, Where you will have to
appoint 04 Primary Distributor in 04 different districts of Bihar, and then you will have to appoint Sales officers on 03 Primary
location started by you for secondary sales and your home location will be managed by you, you have to start all these locations
within 60 days of your joining, you will be on a probation of 02month, where your appointment will be strictly on the basis that
you start the primary Distributor at any 02 of your locations in the first month or else your offer letter stands null n void, and
the company management reserve all rights for further commencing your services and you will not be eligible for any
remunerations or wages, except a fixed expenses of 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only.) on satisfactory working procedure
followed by you, as per company format. Your remunerations will be 50,000.00/month (Fifty thousand only) including all
expenses for probation period, after successful probation you will be reimbursed with your actual expense bill during your
location visits, which includes travel, food and lodging. Your minimum total sales target will be of 14.0 lakhs per month
(Counted as Distributor’s billing to Company), to receive 100% of your salary you will have to get 80% of your target sale every
month or else your salary will be on PRO RATA basis, and same will be applicable with your TEAM. Above the sales target you
will be awarded with an incentive of 1% of the excess sales amount other than target. Hope to have good and healthy sales
efforts from you.
