Regarding: Vitamin A Supplementation House to House for April 2024

Good day Hon. Danlist Tenedero;

Yearly, Barangay Nutrition Scholar (BNS) together with our Barangay Health Workers of Barangay
Maduya conduct Vitamin A Supplementation for children age 6 months to 59 months for April and
October yearly. Vitamin A is important for normal vision, the immune system, reproduction, and growth
and development. Vitamin A also helps your heart, lungs, and other organ work properly.

We would like to request for your assistance for the upcoming event this April 2024 for the VITAMIN A
SUPPLEMENATTION of children ages 6 months – 59 months with schedules as follows:

Launching of Vitamin A Supplementation

Who: Daycare Student / Brgy. Maduya Officials / BHS Staff
What: Launching of Vit A Supplementation, Lecture of Pertussis and Heat Stroke
When: April 15, 2024 (Monday) 10:00am-11:00am
Where: Maduya Daycare Center, Altarez Village

Also, we will conduct during launching at daycare center lectures for Pertussis and how to prevent heat
stroke for parents of daycare students.
