country

Muhammad Azizi Bin Jamaludin 301310
Nowadays, our nation's unemployment rates continue to be a serious problem
that affects people individually, in families, and in the overall economy of the country.
The purpose of this essay is to examine the various causes and effects that contribute
to high unemployment rates and the ensuing impacts these rates have on the economy
and society. These unemployed groups are like fresh graduates, under-talent
rehearsals and so on. The following are the four contents that I will describe in this
essay economic downturns, mismatched skills, choose occupations and recruitment of
foreigners.

Firstly, economic downturns, recessions and other economic downturns

frequently lead to reduced hiring, layoffs, and business closures, all of which have a
substantial impact on unemployment rates. Economic repercussion is high
unemployment rates put a strain on the economy by lowering tax receipts, decreasing
consumer spending, and raising government spending on social welfare programs. For
instance, a very poor economic climate makes it difficult for businesses to hire workers,
which results in low purchasing power and a high unemployment rate in Malaysia.

Next, mismatched skills also can despite there being job opportunities, many
people remain unemployed due to mismatches between the skills that employers
demand and the skills that job seekers possess. Mismatched skill sets have a major
impact on our nation's high unemployment rates, which affects people's lives as well as
the economy as a whole. For example many fresh graduates in Human Resources
unemployment because lack of job opportunities.

In addition, even though they are recent graduates with no work experience,
students choose occupations based on factors such as pay and work hours, which is
the cause and effect of the disintegration in our nation. As is common knowledge,
having a joyful career calls for a lot of expertise and experience. They will remain
apathetic and take no action until they cause the nation to fall apart.

Finally, is the recruitment of too many foreigners working in the country from both
the private sector and the government. This leads to a decrease in employment for
citizens. It's because there's a 10.74% takeover of foreigners in the ASEAN. As a result,
citizens will take initiatives for workers abroad and serve abroad. This recruitment has
also led to a rise in unemployment and a worsening of the country's reputation.

Lastly, there are a variety of factors that contribute to our nation's high
unemployment rate, such as the high rate of hiring of foreign workers, the nation's
unpredictable economy, the choice of workplace, and more. If this problem is not fixed,
the nation's reputation will be tarnished and diminished. In order to rehabilitate the
nation's reputation, strengthen the national economy, support the populace, and restore
the country's currency, the government needs to act to address this issue Examples of
measures that can be dismissed are reducing foreign citizenship and reducing
ineffective costs at universities.
