Gas Test Form
DLPS-HSE-046/00
Whenever testing of the atmosphere results in a gas monitor alarm condition work shall be stopped until proper controls are implemented, which may include establishing appropriate

High Alarms 23.5%
Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) 5% 10% LEL or above No work (or confined space entry) allowed

Additional toxic gas testing should be conducted for all work locations where other toxic gases or vapors may be present. Example of other gases include carbon dioxide (CO2), Sulfur
Dioxide (SO2), chlorine (Cl2), Ammonia (NH3), Hydrogen Chloride (HCI), and Mercury Vapor (Hg). The Saudi Aramco Loss Prevention Department should be consulted when questions
arise regarding other toxic gas testing.
