Steps/Procedure:

1. Establish development work plan objectives.

2. Develop work plan with the following components;
▪ Activities
▪ Objectives
▪ Person Responsible
▪ Target Output
▪ Budgetary Requirements
▪ Schedule
▪ Resource Requirements
3. Access TM II competency standard for Develop Learning Material.
4. Analyze performance criteria of every element and Identify the specific activities
5. List down every activity with corresponding objectives, target output, responsible
person, budgetary and resource requirements.
6. Upload your output to CC LMS for checking and feedback.
(Note: you may add components that maybe relevant to the development of learning
material.)
