Dear Occupants,

THE QUAD BUILDING 20, LAYI YUSUF CRESCENT, LEKKI PHASE 1, LAGOS

We have observed your company’s continual failure to remit Withholding Tax applicable on
the annual rental in respect of Unit ______ at the Quad Building to the tax authorities as
required by law. This act violates the terms of our tenancy agreement and reflects poorly on
your company’s compliance with legal requirements.

As the Landlord, we express our disappointment in this situation and emphasize that the actions
of your company are unacceptable.

We require your company to take swift action to remit all outstanding Withholding Tax to the
tax authorities and forward proof of remittance to us not later than April 1, 2024. In the event
we do not receive the proof of remittance, we will proceed to deduct the applicable Withholding
Tax from your rent and/or other deposit with us, make the required remittance and share the
proof of remittance with you when it becomes available.

We trust that you will accord this matter with urgency and act accordingly to remedy the
situation promptly.
