Combi master colour and flame retardant for PP

COLOUR: WHITE

TYPE OF ADDITIVE: flame retardant without antimonium trioxide and with very low content of
halogens

CARRIER: Polypropylene

APPLICATION: MAXITHEN PP1MA1597FR is designed as a flame retardant for
polypropylene thick-walled articles. This product can be used eg. for the
manufacture of injection molded items. The preparation can be used at
conventional processing temperatures up to approximately 250 ° C

DOSAGE: with dosage suggested of 6% it is possible to achieve

CLASS V2 @1,6 MM
GW 850°C @1,5 MM

INFLUENCES: The flammability of polymers is greatly influenced not only by the type of
polymer itself, but also to a large extent by the thickness of the walls,
pigmentation, physical construction of the final article, location of the heat
source and exposure time, type and quantity of energy delivered, as well as
the homogeneous distribution of the flame retardant in the final article.

NOTES: In general, flame retardants are thermally unstable and must be protected as
much as possible from excessive heat and long residence times in the
machine. In our experience, with proper management, there will be no
problems.

PACKAGING: Masterbatch in the form of granules, packed in 20/25 kg bags of PE UV

stabilized on pallets

STORAGE: It is recommended to store the material in a dry environment at temperatures

up to 50 ° C, lasting in favorable conditions at least one year, but it is
recommended not to store for more than 12 months. We still recommend not
to exceed 12 months storage.
We recommend that you protect our products from direct sunlight.
