All fields in the physical application form / Digital journey to be filled completely for Applicant/Co-applicant Both Y

Across signature should be affixed on the photo in application form. Customer signature should be available in box beside photo & all other Physical Y

If customer has an existing ICICI Bank account, mention the ICICI Bank account number on the application form. In all such cases ICICI Physical Y

In case the applicant/ co-applicant single name is mentioned in the application form, team to ensure and collect two OVD documents Both Y

Deviation: If customer does not have 2nd OVD.
Please seek declaration from customer that he / she has single name which is mentioned on the OVD and he / she does not have any other
OVD document. Basis declaration from customer case can be processed. No need to seek separate approval.

For physical login cases : Physical


For existing customer if KYC is not due as per iView then One KYC declaration to be collected. Ensure declaration is completely filled,
signed and stamped by respective Branch/RM/Credit employee and ensure One KYC is mentioned on the top of App form
In case the account is a joint account, One KYC declaration would be applicable only for applicant and KYC will be required to be collected
for Co-applicant who is also the joint account holder

1. Login desk to refer One KYC declaration
2. Login desk/Vendor to refer Application form for PAN number and other KYC details where One KYC declaration is provided

Note:
1. Under digital journey, please mention Video KYC/Biometric KYC for Applicant or for Co-applicant separately, if applicable under
remarks section and for physical journey on the top of the Application form, if applicable
2. If DOB does not match then Dual DOB declaration to be taken

PDF of Video KYC/Biometric KYC will be pushed in Omnidocs once customer completes eKYC and the check related to the same will be Both Y
done before LAN generation.
Note:
1. For Video KYC/Biometric KYC rejected cases, ensure KYC documents as per OVD/Deemed OVD are submitted
2. Separate OSV is not required on Aadhaar and team can proceed basis PDF generated for Video KYC/Biometric KYC
3. Deemed OVD is not acceptable except Defence Serving Certificate which can be accepted for Defence personnel

If Video KYC or Bio-metric KYC was initiated, however due to technical reason if KYC is not successful, then in all such cases team need to Both Y
do the following:
1. Obtain copy of physical Aadhaar card (first 8 digits of Aadhaar no. to be redacted) or any other OVD on which bank employee to do OSV
2. Applicant/co-applicant as applicable can provide OVD/deemed OVD in the name of parent/children/sibling/spouse who is a family member
residing on the same communication/current address. If document in the name of relative is obtained then Relationship proof and declaration
from the relative to be collected
Note: Deemed OVD is not acceptable except Defence Serving Certificate which can be accepted for Defence personnel

1. If address mentioned in the Application form/Digital journey is incomplete or slightly mismatch with KYC then address will be updated as Both Y
per KYC.
2. If address is completely mismatched then it will go to sales rework tray.
3. If the address mentioned on KYC is of permanent address then KYC of communication address will be required.
4. If the KYC is done through Biometric / Video KYC separate current / communication address proof is not required. Current /
communication captured in the Application form/Digital journey to be updated in the system
Note: Video KYC and Biometric KYC is not available for NRI and Non-Individual customers

If Aadhaar is collected as KYC, first 8 digit of Aadhaar number to be masked and only last 4 digits to be captured in system Both Y
Note: For Digital cases, masking of Aadhaar number will be done by the system, and ensure masked copy of Aadhaar is submitted/uploaded

Aadhaar Card
If Aadhaar is collected as KYC then Aadhaar consent form is mandatory. Either it has to be submitted as physically signed document at login Both Y

Proof

Self Employed: Proof as per the document list to be collected/submitted Both Y

Salaried: Salary slip Both Y


1. All products : Latest 1 month Salary slip/Salary certificate only to be collected for all Salaried customers.
2. For applicants who are employed with government entities and latest salary slip/ salary certificate is not available as required, then salary
slip/ certificate of the preceding month may be collected.

3. For employees from Specified list of Companies: Last to last month Salary slip can also be considered, however salary credit should be
same in bank statement and should match with salary slip.
For e.g., If case is logged in the month of Dec, then salary slip of Oct to be submitted
3a. Salary slip is not required for funded customers of ICICI Bank. (Bank statement to be mandatorily provided at the time of login for such
cases if salary slip not being provided)

4. For first 15 days, salary slip of previous to previous month to be submitted.


For e.g, If case is logged in between 1st to 15th Dec, then salary slip of Oct to be submitted
For e.g, If case is logged in between 16th to 31st Dec, then salary slip of Nov to be submitted

5. For Incentive proof, Salary slip/Bank statement/Form 16 reflecting Annual/Quarterly Incentive proof to be submitted

6. Appointment letter is required for job change scenario only where Salary slip as mentioned above is not available from the current job.

7. Wherever pension income is considered for computing the loan eligibility, copy of pension order & copy of passbook / bank statement for
latest pension credit or 3 months reflecting pension credit to be collected.

Salaried: Both Y
1. Form16/16B, ITR and Form 26AS is not required to be submitted for every case, however Credit may require the same on case to case
basis
2. If Rental income is considered then:
a. Last 2 year ITR
b. Form 26AS
c. Rental agreement and appears in last 3 months bank statement
3. Dividend / Bank interest income can be verified from either 2 year ITR, Form 26AS, last 3 months bank statement
4. Agri income to be verified from either last 2 years ITR or basic crop wise net income in Market Evaluation Report (MER) subject to
confirmation of acreage & crop grown
5. Certified CA attestation or any employer certification is not required
6. For Digital cases, Self attestation of Income documents is not required
Note:
Income documents No Salary slip is required for Directors who are part of loan application where Company's Income documents are received and
Salary of Directors is reflecting in the Company's Income documents

For Self Employed (Sole Proprietor/Partnership/Pvt Ltd Co (Company & Directors): Both Y
Following Documents to be collected for latest 2 years for Home Loans, Home Equity Loans, Office Premises Loan, Land Loans, Education
Loans, Auto Loans, BCCL and BIL
1. ITR with computation of income for the individual applicants and co-applicants
2. P&L Account & Balance sheet certified by CA (not applicable for Auto Loans)
Important note on CA Attestation requirement on Financial statements:
a. Return field u/s 44AD/ 44AE/ 44AF - If ITR form is "ITR-4" then team can assume that it is filed u/s 44AD/ 44AE/ 44AF & they should
not ask for separate Balance sheet or any other CA attested document. CA attestation is also not required on ITR.
b. For Audited Financial Statements, Tax Audit report viz. Form 3CA/3CB/3CD will be available and hence no separate CA attestation is
required in such cases.
c. If Turnover is verified via Banking/GST & profit margin limit is within prescribed for the turnover variant - Income/Balance sheet need to
be accepted without CA certification - This will be Sales and Credit checkpoint and availability of CA attested document should not be asked
by DRO/TCS. DRO/TCS would go ahead with whatever financial statements are provided (with or without CA attestation)
d. For all other scenario, CA attested Financial statements are required to be submitted by Sales
e. If Financial statements of one year are CA attested and for other year the financial statements are not CA attested then Credit to check on
the applicability of CA attestation as per above points to avoid re-work. DRO/TCS will not ask for CA attestation on non-CA attested
financials.
5. UDIN is required only for Audited Financial Statements or CA attested documents
Note: If UDIN is not available, Sales to ensure same is provided before LAN generation and Ops not to reject the case during Login
6. Validity of UDIN to be checked @ https://udin.icai.org/search-udin by Credit
7. In case applicant is promoter director of a closely held company or partner in a firm, then such entity's financials, GST and Bank statements
(whichever applicable) are also required to be collected

For TW loans upto 3 lacs ( SENP) : copy of latest ITR / GST return of 6 months/ 26AS required. Both Y
For Self Employed (Sole Proprietor/Partnership/Pvt Ltd Co (Company & Directors): Both Y
1. Latest GST Return/Sales Tax/VAT/Service Tax Return to be collected for loan amount greater than Rs.3 crores including Revised return if
applicable.
2. GST returns - In case the loan application is made after closure of financial year (April onwards), GST returns or Form 26AS and
provisional P&L and Balance Sheet to be collected for last available financial year
3. Form 26AS is not required where GST is not applicable or no TDS is deducted
Note: At log in desk, availability of GST return would not be asked by DRO/ vendor. Vendor / DRO would go ahead with whatever available
GST returns provided. If not available, CAM would be prepared without GST details. This is to be covered by Credit to check during
underwriting
For Salaried & Self employed Both Y
1. Salaried : Last 3 months Bank statement for Non ICICI Bank Account Holders where Salary is getting credited
1a. SENP : Last 6 months Bank statement of all Operative (i.e. Active) Business Accounts for all individual i.e. (Proprietor, Partner,
Director)

2. Bank statements are not required to be collected where the salary account / Operative account of the applicant is with ICICI Bank
3. Self-attestation required only on first & last page for Physical cases
4. For Digital cases, Self attestation of Bank statement is not required
5. Attestation and certification in case of Net-downloaded Bank Statements: If the copy of bank statement submitted by borrower and/or co-
borrower is downloaded from the borrower's Bank's site, in such cases the copy to be attested by borrower with his signature (For physical
case only)
6. PDF of bank statement can be accepted if same is shared via E-mail id mentioned on application form/ DIY/ digital journey/ extracted
through account aggregator/ fintech integration.

Note: For products or variants where bank statement required for a higher period, the same to be collected as required.

A. If case is logged in between 1st to 15th of the current month, then Bank Statement reflecting the salary credit of the previous to previous Both Y

B. If case is logged in between 16th to 30/31st of the current month, then Bank Statement reflecting the salary credit of the previous month Both Y

Clear copies of self attested & OSV by Bank official of passport, Visa, OCI card (if applicable), Overseas address proof, Indian address proof Both Y

Application form can be signed by GPA holder provided original executed GPA document as per ICICI Bank format is submitted along with Both Y
