1 Payment:Full payment as an advance in favor of Anwar Cement Sheet Ltd. Or A/C number 010111100088157,
Mercantile Bank, Main Branch, Dhaka, along with confirmed work order.
2.Replacement:100% replacement of broken goods in case of its claim immediately after receiving of goods by
writing on the delivery challan with ACSL delivery person’s signature on it properly.
3.Warranty: 10 years warranty for product except natural disaster,man-made damage,improper installation and
damage of structure.
4.VAT & AIT: Included in price as per MUSHOK-6.3 as per government rule.
5.This proposal is valid for 7 days from the above noted date & Our Delivery period 7 days after receiving the
work order and payment.
6.Client’s representative will receive all the materials delivered by ACSL.
7. You can use solar pannel upon roof.
8. Delivery will be made by Anwar DuraRoof & unlode by client.
9. Above price is as per at actual delivery.
