You don’t have to worry their presence, they’re here to
oversee the conduct of competency assessment and to
check if the CONDUCT OF COMPETENCY is in
accordance with the prescribed competency assessment
methodology and procedure. They will not assess you.

So, I have here with me your accomplished application
form and self- assessment guide, this is an indication
that you know and can perform all the competencies
enumerated for Organic Agriculture Production NCII
I would like to welcome all of you for your assessment
for Organic Agriculture Production NCII
The Purpose of your assessment is to determine the level
of your competency.
Today I am going to administer competency assessment
for Organic Agriculture Production NCII. The
qualification for Organic Agriculture Production NCII is
composed of (BASIC,COMMON,CORE,and
ELECTIVE COMPETENCIES) .
For our core competencies we do have:
1. RAISE ORGANIC CHICKEN
2. PRODUCE ORGANIC VEGETABLES
3. PRODUCE ORGANIC FERTILIZER
4. PRODUCE VARIOUS CONCOCTIONS AND
EXTRACTS
THE DIFFERENT TASK TO BE PERFORMED FOR
OUR ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION
NCII ASSESMENT ARE THE FOLLOWING:
 Prepare for the production of various
concoctions
 Process concoctions and extracts
 Package concoctions and extracts
We will collect evidences through demonstration and
oral questioning AND WRITTEN TEST.
This assessment method can help to measure your
underpinning knowledge and skill on OAP.
FOR YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS our lavatory is
located at the end of the hall way and
You can take your meal also at our canteen located at
the lobby. HOWEVER, DURING THE ASSESSMENT
you are no longer allowed to leave the premises of the
assessment center.
If you have difficulty in understanding the given
instruction, PLEASE! Do not hesitate to inform because
I am willing to translate it for you.
If you have concerns, questions or there’s a need for you
to clarify matter concerning the assessment, you may
raise your hands because I am more than willing to assist
you but once the assessment started, please refrain from
asking questions, it is no longer allowed. In the same
token during the assessment if you have physical or any
form of difficulties do not hesitate to call my attention,
so that we can address it immediately.
In case you have any questions regarding the assessment
result you have the right to appeal, you can submit your
appeal to the provincial office where the assessment
center and the assessor are accredited
For the issuance of the national certificate the AC
manager shall inform you where you can claim your
national certificate within 5 working days after the
assessment.
After the assessment and you are found to be not yet
competent, don’t worry about it because you can be
reassessed anytime at your own convenience, in case the
reassessment is full qualification you have to undergo
the whole assessment process, if you are found to be
competent in some unit of competencies, the
reassessment shall focus in the unit of competency
where you were found to be not yet competent.
Also, if you failed 2 consecutive assessments, you will
be advised to undergo a refresher course before applying
for reassessment.
During the assessment, PLEASE OBSERVE SAFETY
as we go along with our assessment. When accident
happen, please call my attention immediately, SO THAT
WE CAN GIVE YOU FIRST AIDE. And when the need
arises, PLEASE REMEMBER that our first aid kit is
located at the right side of the assessment area feel free
to use it.
With regards of the results of your assessment,
WE OBSERVE STRICT CONFEDENTIALITY this is
to ensure your integrity. THE RESULTS is only made
available to authorized personnel only and to the
INSTITUTION where you had your actual training, in
relation to this the assessment package is kept in a
secured place to guarantee the integrity of the
assessment package
May I ask all the candidate to please refrain from giving
any information outside regarding the process of the
assessment. OKAY? Do you have any QUESTIONS SO

Ma’am I am confident that I was able to perform
well during the demonstration even if I had
difficulties during the written test and oral
questioning.
ASSESOR:
My observations coincide with your opinion, you are
indeed competent in performing the different skills
for Organic Agriculture Production NCII, However I
had notice that you did not observe the wearing of
PPE while processing concoction. Furthermore, you
are not confident enough in answering the question,
during the oral questioning. Nevertheless, you were
able to answer all the questions correctly, and the
result of the written test showed that you are
knowledgeable about ORGANIC AGRICULTURE
