India - Wellness Services and Confidentiality Statement
Accenture’s goal is to provide guidance, support, and a healthy working environment for you. During the time you
perform your role supporting sensitive and/or objectionable content, you may be expected to attend Well-being
Coaching on an individual and group basis as described more fully in the Acknowledgment Form, and in the
paragraph below. The Well-being Coaching sessions include work-related resilience building skills and training in
various stress-reduction techniques.
There are two different types of coaching sessions – Individual and Group coaching sessions. The Individual Coaching
sessions are one on one with your Well-being Coach and you may request additional on-demand sessions. Group
sessions are instructive and provide coaching support on coping with team-related issues or topics that have been
identified by an agent, team lead or based on trends noticed by the Well-being team or weCare team. Attendance to
the sessions is monitored by the weCare team to ensure that all agents receive well-being support.
Our Well-being Team includes trained professionals for both Individual and Group Coaching and will provide
information intended to help you manage sensitive and/or objectionable content.
However, for clarity, the Well-being Team will not:
The Well-being Program is not intended to replace the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or any advice you may
receive from your medical doctors or licensed mental health professionals. We encourage you to seek additional
support and to pursue alternative coping mechanisms to suit your individual needs.
Personal Data:
We want you to feel comfortable sharing information with your Well-being Coach. Therefore, the only identifiable
information Accenture will collect from the Well-being Coach is your name and the dates of attendance at Well-being
Coach sessions. Well-being Coaches may keep their own notes as a matter of practice but will not share those notes
with Accenture or any client. Aggregated (non-identifiable) reports will be periodically sent to Accenture to help
Accenture better manage teams. The protection of your personal data is very important to Accenture. Accenture is
committed to keeping your personal data secure, and processing it in accordance with, applicable data protection
