Good afternoon everyone, today I want to talk about why English ability is especially
important for university students.

The first reason as you know In Taiwan, the government is now promoting bilingual
education for PE teachers, with the goal of achieving this by 2030. This means that in
the future, bilingual teachers increased demand in Taiwan. That will need to have a
good English skills to provide quality education for students.

The second reason because my major is Physical Education, having a good English skill
can open up various opportunities including exchange other country, participating in
international sports events and networking with sports professionals from around the
world.

So, I encourage all Physical Education students to take advantage of English learning
opportunities and strive to improve their English abilities. Thank you.
