I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy in my
attendance records that I believe requires correction.

Upon reviewing my attendance report for March 12, 2024, I noticed that my shift end time was recorded
incorrectly as my break end time. This error has led to an inaccurate representation of my actual hours
worked on that day.

To clarify, my scheduled break ended at 12:45 PM, after which I resumed my duties until the designated
end of my shift at 7:00 PM.

I kindly request that the attendance record for March 12, 2024 be amended to reflect the accurate shift
end time.

I understand that oversights can occur, and I appreciate your prompt attention to rectifying this matter. If
