Job Description

 Liaise and coordinate with various government departments such as EOBI, ESSI, EPA, DPO, AC Office,
WWB, Directorate of Labour etc.
 Coordinate and follow up with legal department, Head Office for legal cases.
 Manage accommodation facility for employees, guests and contractor’s staff.
 Supervise horticulture related activities.
 Ensure timely maintenance and repair of buildings and offices.
 Prepare renewal of all contracts/agreements with contractors.
 Oversee the operations canteen matters.
 Obtain NOCs from various government institutions as and when required.
 Manage transport facilities for employees and guests.
 Liaise and coordinate with other departments for various matters.
 Prepare different reports as and when required.
 Develop and implementation of Admin related policies and SOPs.
 Purchase of land for different plant requirements and maintenance of record.

Experience and Qualification

 MBA / LLB from HEC recognized University / Institute.


 10 to 12 years of experience in Administration, Industrial Relations, & Land Matters.

Specific Requirements

 Well acquainted with labour laws.


 Willing to travel as and when required.

Description
1. To lead Administration, Security and House Keeping functions of designated location.
2. Supporting Admin Leads in conducting unbiased resolution of grievances, just & neutral
dispute/conflict resolution.
3. Provide active support in timely completion of all administrative tasks to all concerned
departments.
4. Monitor security at all the gates, vehicle management, time keeping, inward and outward
movement of goods.
5. Ensuring services as per agreement with Canteen, Transport, Security and other contractors.
6. Preparation and execution of 3rd party audits like CTPAT, WRAP, Brand Security and all other
brand audits related to Compliance & ESH.

Qualification
Master in business administration or any other relevant degree

Experience
8-10 years’ experience in relevant field.
