Dear Sir/Madam,

As per above regulations, sanctioned load for the above CA is required to be revised on the basis of highest of average of Maximum Demand* readings
recorded as per billing cycle covering any four consecutive calendar months in the preceding financial year i.e. from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024. The security
amount and all other charges also need to be revised correspondingly.

Average of maximum demand readings recorded as per billing cycle covering above four consecutive calendar months rounded off to the lower integer comes
to 3 kW, whereas your existing sanctioned load/ contract demand is 2 kW. Thus, your sanctioned load/ contract demand is required to be increased to 3 kW.

Based on the load revision, an additional security deposit of Rs 900.00 is to be paid by you. This amount will be debited to your July month electricity bill under
head - Other charges.

Your sanctioned load / contract demand has been revised as per DERC Regulation and the agreement signed between you and BYPL also to be considered
as revised accordingly. In case of any disagreement please revert within 30 days otherwise load and agreement will be considered as accepted by you.

You would appreciate that health and safety of your installation are essential for not only maintaining reliable supply to your premises, but also for all other
installations in your vicinity as well to ensure safety for you, your family and society at large (including BYPL Employees). Therefore, it is requested to kindly
take immediate steps to ensure the compliance of above-mentioned applicable laws/regulation pursuant to the said revision in sanctioned load in regard to the
following:

Test report mentioning load details including details of RCCB & MCB duly signed by consumer and electrical contractor.
