Writing A Memorandum
Writing A Memorandum
As we continue to prioritize safety protocols within our project sites, it has come to our attention that there
have been instances of non-compliance with attendance restrictions and neglect of toolbox meetings. We
must address these concerns immediately to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
involved.
Attendance Restrictions:
• All personnel are required to adhere to the designated attendance limits set for each project site.
This includes contractors, subcontractors, and any other individuals involved in the project.
• Failure to comply with attendance restrictions may result in disciplinary action, including but not
limited to warnings, fines, or removal from the project-making deployments.
Toolbox Meetings:
• Toolbox meetings are vital for communicating safety procedures, hazards, and any pertinent
information related to the project. Attendance at these meetings is mandatory for all personnel.
• Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that toolbox meetings are conducted regularly and that all
necessary topics are covered.
• Absence from toolbox meetings without a valid reason will be considered a violation and may result
in disciplinary action.
MEMORANDUM
TO: AMT 2 – NOVEMBER
Violations:
• Any violations of attendance restrictions, neglect of toolbox meetings, or failure to wear proper
PPE will be documented and addressed accordingly.
• Repeat offenders will face escalated disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of
deployment during project making.
• It is the responsibility of each department head to ensure that these guidelines are communicated
effectively to all personnel under their supervision. Compliance with these safety protocols is non-
negotiable and must be prioritized at all times.
Your cooperation in enforcing these measures is crucial to maintaining a safe and productive work
environment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these guidelines, please do not hesitate to
reach out.
