Respected Madam/sir,

Through this letter I wish to draw your kind attention towards Inter circle transfer of Junior
Engineers (JEs) under Rule-8 from NE-I circle to CNTX-North which has been applied by 14 JEs in year 2022
but the said circle is denying in giving accommodation.

The Corporate Office has issued a letter wherein CNTX North has been declared as Shortage circle in the
cadre of JEs (Ref 2) looking that we had applied to the CNTX-North(then deficit circle).Now, when the first List
of 10 applicants (including 1 CNTX-North application) sent ,9 out of 10 applicants got the accommodation and
also been released from the parent circle except CNTX-N applicant who didn’t get the accommodation. Same
thing happened again with CNTX-North applicants when second list of 5 applicants (including 2 CNTX-North
applications) has been sent, there is huge possibility that the vacancy in the cadre has been fulfilled.

Despite applying in deficit circle and being among top in waiting list it is very disappointing that when
other applicants lower in the same list either released from the circle or got their accommodation but we still
looking the solution .The related issue has already been raised to previous CGM sir and GM(HR) sir through
proper channel in a letter dated 12th April,2023.

Since the release of CO office letter (Ref 1) many months have been passed when NE-I started the
process and in the meantime many deficit circles turned in to surplus and it has become a roadblock to us and
for other circle applicants too like Gujarat circle which has given a chance to such applicants to revise their
choice without affecting the waiting list by asking to fill a Proforma issued by the circle (order enclosed
herewith) ..

I therefore seek your kind intervention in this matter and we urge you to come up with a similar solution like Gujarat
circle so that we the hardworking JEs should also avail the opportunity to get choice posting and keep giving our best to the
BSNL betterment for that we will be very thankful to you.
