Instructions for filling / marking the OMR answer sheet.
1. ओ.एम.आर उ र प क के सभी िववरण सावधानीपवू क भर। ओ.एम.आर उ र प क बदलने के अनरु ोध पर िवचार नह िकया
जाएगा।
Fill up all the particulars in the OMR answer sheet carefully. Request for change of OMR answer sheet
will not be entertained.
2. ओ.एम.आर. उ र प क एवं गोला भरने के िलए के वल काला/नीला बॉल वाइटं पेन इ तेमाल कर।
For filling the OMR answer sheet and darkening the circle use only BLACK/BLUE BALL POINT
PEN.
3. ओ.एम.आर. उ र प क को इले ॉिनक मा यम से संसािधत िकया जाएगा। अपणू अथवा गलत तरीके से ओ.एम.आर. उ र
प क म भरी गई िवि याँ जैसे अनु मांक, परी ा के , परी ा ितिथ आिद अमा य ह गी िजसके आधार पर अ यथन िनर त हो
जायेगा। ओ.एम.आर उ र प क भरने म िकसी भी िु ट के िलए अ यथ वयं िज मेदार ह गे। इस ओ.एम.आर उ र प क पर
उिचत थान के अित र कुछ न िलखे अ यथा ओ.एम.आर. उ र प क अमा य कर िदया जाएगा।
OMR answer sheet will be processed by electronic device. Invalidation of OMR answer sheet due to
incomplete/incorrect filling of the relevant circle of entries like Roll No., Exam. Centre and Date of
Examination in the OMR answer sheet shall result in cancellation of candidature. Any deficiency in
filling up OMR answer sheet will be the sole responsibility of the candidate. Please do not write or mark
on this OMR answer sheet outside the demarcated areas, it will invalidate your OMR answer sheet.
4. कृ पया गोल को िमटाने या दोबारा भरने का य न न कर। एक से अिधक उ र/गलत उ र माना जाएगा और उस के िलए
एक- ितहाई अंक काटा जाएगा।
Please do not overwrite or erase circles because it will be treated as multiple/wrong answer, for which
1/3 mark will be deducted
