This is an agreement to do business on an ongoing basis with you and your group, and
we would like to propose the following;

On our side are 3 parties, it being Mwate Chonya, Malango Chonya and Martha Chonya.
Mwate Chonya will be representing our interests.

On your side there are ......parties, it being……

The Agreement will be a commission based for contracts that your organisation acquires
through our contacts in Zambia. The commission will differ from time to time and will
depend on the type of business or commodity involved and as agreed by the two
parties, but this will keep it simple.

Our suggestion would be that instead of forming a new company with everyone as
directors, we sign the MOU and each company appoints a representative.

Opportunities currently on the table under the facilitation of partnerships and mergers
but not limited to the below are the following

· Solar Power
· Food Security – Agriculture, Warehousing, Processing Plants
· Roads – Refurbishment, Tollgates and truck stops
· Housing and other Infrastructure Projects
· Fundraising for non-profits
