URGENT DELIVERABLES from Arc Lico

• Conservation Management Plan (to be submitted on 2nd week of March 2024)

• Building Permit Documents including Cost Estimates and Specifications (to be
submitted after the submission of deliverables from DPWH)
• NCCA Clearance (after submission of CMP to NCCA)
• Verification from Engineering Consultants if proposed Powerhouse can
accommodate the future needs of SWIDB Building

URGENT DELIVERABLES from DPWH

• Bidding Document Plans & Cost Estimates to be used for building permit
application.

URGENT DELIVERABLES from BGMD

• Viber Group Chat of the whole team including the contractor.

• Confirmation if existing 2nd Floor Lounge is to be converted to Asec Office

URGENT DELIVERABLES from CONTRACTOR

• Updated timeline for construction

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

• Construction timeline of 5 months (deadline on July 2024)

- Construction can be conducted on extended hours if needed.
- Construction timeline for Powerhouse will be 3 months
• Barracks location to be located at the back of the building near the existing
powerhouse.
- Barracks entry for inspection is allowed.
- No smoking & drinking
- Cooking shall be done by gas stove provided by contractor.

- Submeter for water and electricity will be provided.

• Materials delivery concerns
- One day notice (Contractor to inform DPWH, DPWH will inform DSWD)
- Emergency delivery shall be allowed if needed.
• Manpower
- Initial 20 people for MEPS, will increase as the construction progresses.
• SWADCAP Staff will transfer temporarily at the Plenary Hall
• Materials approval
- Contractor to transmit material sample to DPWH then to DSWD and finally
to Arc Lico for final approval.
• Progress report
- To be submitted by contractor to all parties
• Groundbreaking to be scheduled.
- To be attended by the DSWD Secretary
• Project brief discussion was presented then followed by ocular visit.
